THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for joining new members to team based on prescribed requirements. You will be in a team of highly educated young experts with a friendly environment. You will help us to scale the team together. Miras focus is on software development and data analytics. Miras clients are biggest and well-known companies, so dealing with them requires special soft skills and communication abilities and you should be able to spot these candidates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Master's degree in Human Science majors (like educational management)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES:

  • Organization: Capable of recording tracks for example interviews, time manage
  • Ment skills (Familiar with applicant tracking softwares/concepts)
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Conflict management and problem solving are both important skills for an HC director. Because she should find ways to enable people in high productivity mode work together effectively.
  • Dual focus: She should be able to see employees and employers point of view and benefits and create a balance between these choices
  • Negotiation skills are required to create a win-win situation for both team and candidates
  • Talent management and people skills: Coaching, benefits, perks, partnerships for personal growth

Be proactive for risks​: Must be able to recognize unsatisfactory analytical performance and suggest appropriate corrective actions. Independence is preferred:​ Must be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision and also to work effectively as a team member. Maintain working conditions and a clean, orderly work area at all times
Deadline is important for us:​ Must have a strong commitment to ensure all work is completed within prescribed deadlines. Perform all work within established quality control parameters and within specified turnaround times and Follow methodologies without deviation
